Making Banners

We had a change of location this week, due to the parish jumble sale. So our thanks to the staff who run the hall down at St Wilfrid’s for allowing us the use of the hall.

This week we helped out the Hull evangelisation team by creating banners for their Advent project. During Advent they will be going out on to the city centre streets, prompting people to think about the real meaning of Christmas. Hopefully our banners will give a focal point and a base from which they can pass on the ‘Good News’.



Lots of careful planning went on with the help of David.




It takes great skill, to mix the paints to get just the right shade of errr brown.
